1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rbejee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rbejee website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, payment facilities, and all related features available at rbejee.net.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on rbejee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

rbejee reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to rbejee is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. rbejee operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit minors to access any part of the gaming platform.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of rbejee or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an rbejee account suspended, restricted, or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register maintained by rbejee or any responsible gaming organisation.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active rbejee account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. rbejee employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

rbejee reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3 Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbejee account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

All bets, wagers, and transactions placed through your account while you are logged in are deemed to have been made by you. rbejee will not reverse or refund transactions on the grounds that your account was accessed by a third party, unless you can demonstrate to rbejee's reasonable satisfaction that the access resulted from a security failure on rbejee's part rather than your own failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbejee immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. rbejee may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances.

rbejee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, rbejee may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

rbejee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your rbejee wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rbejee does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which rbejee accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered to your account at the time of registration or as subsequently updated through the account verification process. rbejee does not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. rbejee reserves the right to apply additional processing time of up to 48 hours where enhanced verification checks are required, including for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

rbejee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money-laundering compliance measure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.

Currency: All transactions on rbejee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). rbejee does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rbejee offers various bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time each promotion is published. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable time limit will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

Bonus Abuse: rbejee actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than constitute genuine play, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, rbejee reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings, remove bonus funds, and suspend the account.

rbejee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. rbejee also reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where the player's account is under investigation or subject to any restriction.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on rbejee are provided by internationally certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules established by its respective provider, which are available within the game interface. rbejee does not modify game logic, RTP (return to player) percentages, or outcome probabilities.

All games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited. Game results are determined solely by the certified RNG software; rbejee has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, rbejee reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed during the affected period. rbejee will not honour winnings generated through a demonstrable game malfunction or software error, even if the account balance was temporarily credited with such amounts.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Settlement of sports bets follows official results as recognised by the relevant sport's governing body.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbejee platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, whether in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent verification documents.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without rbejee's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbejee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server downtime, disconnections, or payment processing delays not caused by rbejee's direct negligence.

rbejee's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rbejee operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
